CARE MINISTRY

Jesus called each of us to love our neighbours. At Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, we take that command pretty seriously. We offer care for short-team needs, such as meals, visitations, or funerals. We also offer care for longer-term needs, such as job loss, health issues, or relationship hurts. One of the best ways is to connect via our Stephen Ministry.

If you have any question or would like to know more about how to receive care, please contact our Director of Care Ministries, Natasha at natasha.friesen@eefc.ca or contact the church by phone at

204-326-9865.

GRIEFSHARE

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

STEPHEN MINISTRY

Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in our congregation by equipping and empowering lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting. Email stephen.ministry@eefc.ca to get in touch. Click here to meet our Stephen Ministers and why they decided to join this ministry.
